Bikes for Sale!
In order to keep our hire fleet as up to date and in as good condition as possible, we sell off our bikes after 12 months of use. The bikes this year have had very light use, mainly on our Mt Lofty Descents trip and Winery tour. The bikes will have been used between 20-40 times each in this period, and are cleaned and lubed after each use, with ongoing maintenance updertaken when needed. The bikes have done so little work that it has not been neccesary to change chains or any of the running gear, which gives you an idea of the type of use they have had.
The bikes are all in fully working order, and are in good condition. All frames have been covered in film to protect them, however all the frames have some paint chips and scratches from being used and transported. These are great intro bikes and have been extremely reliable and easy to look after.
