Nature is a playground, an escape and the master of rejuvenation. When we spend time in nature, we slow down, feel more connected to our inner self and feel a sense of stepping away from the every day.
We are drawn to nature, to beautiful sunsets, ocean views and mountain panoramas. In nature we breathe, we play and we recharge.
For many of us today, life is about juggling priorities, work, family and running households. Modern life sees us spending more time indoors and less time outdoors, basking in the seasons. This daily treadmill can lead to mental fatigue, poor sleep and a lowered immune system.
Many health care researchers and practitioners say that being in nature can have regenerative powers, improving mood and easing anxiety, stress, and depression. Nature is the perfect tonic!
Nature helps our brain to rest and allows us to unplug and recharge. Spending as little as 10 minutes a day connecting with nature mindfully can improve our feelings of wellbeing and boost creativity.
At Escapegoat we use the great outdoors as a tool to help you connect better with yourself. An Escapegoat Nature fix is a great way to get you out of your comfort zone, experience outdoor adventure and to help you recharge in nature.

Our Eco-therapy programs are run by Deborah who is a qualified Social Worker of more than 20 years as well as being a Mountain Bike Australia Coach.
