Firstly, it’s time for us to clear up a few things. No, I haven’t been kidnapped and replaced by a Spanish Serial Killer, it’s just been MOVEMBER, and I’ve been doing our bit for Mens Health. OK, so it is now December, and we can unveil the scary end-result…….

OK, so what else has been going on? Well, spaces have quickly been filling up for our first New Zealand Jaunt to Rotorua and Taupo in March. We have just 2 spots left if anyone is keen, so get in NOW! It’s going to be an awesome 8 days on some of the best trails in the Southern Hemisphere.
Then, over Easter we will be heading off on one of our Flinders Ranges by bike trips! So why not join us on a beautiful 200km trip through the heart of the Flinders over Easter, with an additional stop at Melrose on the way home. It’s always a great trip, and a perfect way to explore this stunning corner of Australia.
Or, if you are even more adventurous, we have set the dates for our 4th Annual Alpine Epic to the French Alps, this years trip will run from July 7-21 2012, and as always is an almost all-inclusive trip. We will be returning to Samoens and the hospitality of Ann & Mitch at ‘La Ville Ferme’. We are offering an earlybird special of $500 off all bookings made before 1 January 2012, so make the most of the earlybird flight deals too, grab a spot now and save loads on your trip!
And to whet your appetite, we have just finished our 2012 Escapegoat Ride the World Calendar– this years edition has loads of photos from the Alps, The Flinders and the Adelaide hills, so why not grab a copy for yourself, and one for a friend! There are two versions, an ‘Extra large’ version at $24.50, and a‘regular sized’ one for $19.50 plus postage. Check them out, and why not grab a t-shirt at the same time!
Otherwise, it is business as usual over the Summer, with us running lots of our ‘Hills Vines and wines’ and ‘Lofty Descents‘ tours, which are a perfect way to explore Adelaide and the Hills. So, if you are visiting Adelaide, or have friends and family visiting, why not join us sometime! And don’t worry, there will be more skills day dates to follow in the New Year too.
And finally, we have just switched over our fleet of hire bikes, and have sold almost all of our old bikes. However we have One small 2011 Montari 3 to sell for $550. It’s a perfect bike for anyone starting out on mountain biking, and is ideal for someone 5ft- 5ft5′ in height (150-165cm!) Loads more info and photos here!
