Part i skills day 22 MOVEMBER 08

So, finally we had a skills day in Movember, and as luck would have it, Bruno came along to support Ian with his ‘mo growing, and there were 2 mo’s mtbing at Eagle!!!

OK, I’lll stop being silly. Anyway, it was another great day, although it started out bitterly cold and arctic, with a quick shower just as Kay, Daniel, Adrian, Bruno and Peter were about to start the first task of the day,

 the Escapegoat challenge course. But after a quick shower, we were off and around the park.

So, off to the top of the park it was, to have a crack at parts of the DH track to practise wight shift.

Then a quick brakes and gear challenge too, before lunch. Not that anyone wanted any lunch- everyone was too busy playing on the seesaws and other obstacles!

Then, after lunch, just as we started doing all our wheel lifts and stuff, Deb found a new setting on our camera which must have been ‘take photos 2 seconds AFTER someone does a skill’ as we seem to have 200 photos of people just AFTER they did a manual 🙂 Oh well, at least we managed a few shots of everyone, before we got any further rain!

Then time for one more crack at the challenge course, and time to pack up before any more rain!
