Social rides

OK, we are often asked where is good to ride, and we are always trying to get out riding as much as possible too. So, we thought we may as well invite people to join us!

At various times we will put details up regarding a social ride. This could be a gentle spin around Eagle Park or Fox Creek, or something more adventurous, like a Mylor loop or some big riding out at Mount Crawford. Who knows.

These are not specifically ‘Escapegoat’ rides- rather that we are going out riding, and we are happy to have the company and maybe show people riding they don’t know about. We will try to let you know what level of riding is expected and what distance and time the ride is expected to entail. Rides are likely to be either advanced or intermediate, depending on which of us is leading the ride. We may also have different options of ride, for example Ian may be keen to do a big loop, whereas Deborah may be happy for some company on a shorter ride and a trip to a coffee shop!

So, there will be no cost to attend, but don’t expect lunch or any of Deb’s baking (unless she is feeling really generous!). There won’t be any specific skills coaching either! But feel free to ask us about any of our trips and courses on the day!!!
