Sounds like we may get a few together. I have already heard of a few people who are going ahead and doing it themselves anyway, so we may well just get an unofficial ride happening. Could be a load of fun!

Good on you Escapegoat for taking up the challenge. Anna and I have already planned a week in Melrose which was to coincide with the Mawson Marathon so mabye we will see you up there. Hope you get a group together.

Hi Guys! This looks like a great alternative for attempting the Riesling Trail in the Clare Valley too! As a dog-lover I have to say, this is the greatest innovative idea I’ve ever seen for people travelling with their dogs. xxxjules

We are currently negotiating access with DENR- We hope for Billy to be the first official goat with a licence to operate in DENR parks- we just need to sort out a few final issues like hoof-cleaning bays.

Are your goats/bikes suitable for multi-day touring with MTBs? Are your goats allowed to travel through National Park and conservation reserves? I’m thinking they could be a great help when riding the Mawson Trail.
