OK, and then time for another day 1 course, and this week it was time for Wes, Denny and Helen to have a go….
Denny and Helen were dead keen and getting ready for tackling the Mawson Trail on the Outback Odysey, and Wes really didn’t need too much training, but was keen to spend a whole day honing his skills- who said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks….. 
So, as normal we started off with our challenge course, then headed off to try some theory out on the trails.
Then, after a quick bite for lunch it was time to have a go at a few manuals, rear wheel lifts and trackstands…..
but of course, the guys just couldn’t hold back, so then Wes and Denny started battling out over who could do the longest manual…. it was always going to end in tears! Opps, Denny overdid it, and just managed to cut himself right where he’d had a new tattoo…

so after all that excitement all that remained was the traditional competition of ‘last man standing’……
